I’ve really enjoyed seeing everyone’s creations in the gallery.  Really cool to see some people use this :)

There’s still lots to be done with the website PHP stuff and adding more zombie features.  I’m hoping to at least commit to adding a few new things each week.  I owe it to the horde.

Commando Drop

It’s like pacman except you pick up guns and knives to take out enemy soldiers and then you steal the gold!  I based the enemy movements on the way the ghosts move in pacman, I can’t find the link to the article right now but I’ll post as soon as I do.  It’s very interesting and simple to achieve.

If there’s one thing I’ll definitely do better with the next one it’s the level designs.  It ended up a bit rushed but I’ll make up for it with the next one :)

Sketch Mine

Ack!  Sketch Mine is completely wrecked.  I don’t really have time to stuff around with buddy press so I’m going to slash and burn the site and start it again fresh the way I originally planned it to be.  No signing up for anything, just uploading your sketches without signing up for another website.  I might make it a facebook connect site?  We’ll see how we go with time.

Other news.   We had a baby!  (nine months ago)  It’s a boy!

So not much time to work on any fun projects, but getting better organised every day :)
